At Young Leaders (YLVA), we believe every young person deserves guidance, connection, and a safe space to grow. Our faith-based mentorship program supports youth ages 10–18 through positive relationships, life skills, leadership development, and a whole lot of encouragement along the way.

Why YLVA Mentoring Works
Real Mentors, Real Impact
Our mentors are educators, coaches, and leaders who get it. They connect with youth on a personal level, offering bi-weekly check-ins, goal setting, and support beyond the classroom.
More Than Just Talk
We mix mentorship with action: events, service projects, life skills training, and fun. From academic help to 1:1 help and leadership workshops, we build confidence and character.
